Eid Mubarak

Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Fitri everyone!

First and foremost, I would like to apologise if i've ever hurt any of you unintentionally/ intentionally. I hope each and every one of you enjoyed your first few days of raya as it's the 6th day now and most of you are back in school.

My first few days of raya was fine for me. I mean like.. my raya mood isn't really here with me. I wasn't really excited about celebrating raya, at all. Sad isn't it? Loooooooong sigh.

Skipping the raya part to highlights of my last few days of Ramadhan

1. Berbuka puasa/ picnic in Putrajaya

My best friend and I have been planning to do this ever since the first day of Ramadhan but we couldn't find the time. So, as my other friends were back in KL from their universities due to Hari Raya break, we've decided to bring them along to do something different than usual. Rather than breaking-fast at a restaurant, we went on a picnic! We went to the bazaar nearby at 6pm with hopes that we'd be done by 630pm so we could make it to the picnic spot before the sunset (great lighting fyi), but sadly we didn't make it in time. Oh well, at least we got ourselves lotssaa foods!

only sharing a picture of the food we bought, because the lighting there was bad.. (cries) and yeap, kalah dengan nafsu, bought way more than we could eat. Never doing that again.

2. Berbuka puasa at my place.

I had my friends over to break-fast together, more like a small gathering before everyone leaves to further their studies and not be having time to see each other as often. I think i've been showing my sentimental side a lot in some of my previous posts about separations and going away for our studies, so i shall not do it here. Anyways, we ate, prayed together, took pictures, played with fireworks, talked and laughed throughout the evening. It was a wonderful evening filled with joy and laughter, although there were a few of my friends who couldn't make it.

Alhamdulillah, i'm so blessed and happy to have the best group of friends, always hoping that we will all remain as friends till we grow old. Good luck with your studies, everyone! much love.

Now, raya pictures! (just me, myself n i) AHAHHAHAHA

As I said earlier, until today my Raya mood is no where to be found. I'd usually get myself more than 3 baju raya, not this year, but that doesn't really matter much to me. This is not me being ungrateful, just stating how I didn't put as much effort in finding for baju raya(s), unlike previous years. Plus, I woke up late on the first day of Raya (because i stayed up till 4am tidying the house) which made me kinda sad. Honestly, ever since my late grandmother passed away, raya never quite felt like raya anymore. Despite me not feeling it this year, i'm thankful to have my family by my side on this very meaningful festive.
